Hello,
the order in the maintencance is:
1)delete unneeded files
2)defrag
3)virus scan
4)Backup
5)search for updates

The problem is between 4 and 5.
After 4 I get the message from OneCare "I need you attention", I click
on the tray icon and see that OneCare want start the backup 4). Okay,
but when i click on it I get the message "Sorry, it's impossible
because the maintence is running"... ???
If the philosophy behind this is that the backup should not include the
updates from part 5, how I can do this?
But if the backup should include this updates, why not change the order
for 4 and 5? This way the attention message from onecare would appaer
after the maintaince.

The backup would not include updates, since backup is data only. However, it
does appear that there's a problem there, Peter. Can you do the backup after it
finishes checking Windows Update at the end of Tune-up?

??? Where i s my posting? :-Z

Yes, after OneCare is finish with this "search for updates" function I
can make updates without any problems.
But the problem is that OneCare show me a message that I shall make a
backup BEFORE OneCare search for updates. And by that time backups are
impossible.

Okay, thanks, I understand. Thanks for reporting the issue - I'll make sure that
the OneCare team knows about it. OneCare seems to be getting ahead of itself in
prompting you for the backup before it is finished with the update check.
